Dr. Brock Smith

General Dentist and Prosthodontist

Dr. Brock Smith, Owner and Founder of Smith Custom Dentistry, practices both as a general dentist and a prosthodontist. After graduating from dental school in 2013 and completing his specialty training in prosthodontics in 2016, Dr. Brock Smith spent several years honing his skills in both academic and private practice settings. During his specialty training, Dr. Smith focused on complex implant restorations, functional esthetics, and advanced reconstructive dentistry. From working as full-time faculty at MUSC to practicing in two private dental offices, he gathered a wealth of experience and insights. These diverse experiences shaped his vision for Smith Custom Dentistry, where he has blended advanced techniques with a personalized approach to create a practice that truly reflects his commitment to exceptional patient care.

Dr. Brock Smith established Smith Custom Dentistry in 2020 with a vision to offer top-notch dental care in Charleston. With expertise in prosthodontics, Dr. Smith and his team provide a wide range of dental services, ensuring personalized and effective treatments.
